We intend to resume face-to-face instruction this fall semester as much as circumstances allow. We’re a resilient college able to be nimble and respond to new developments. We will continue monitoring the COVID-19 landscape for the information we’ll need to design the best ways to advance our programs while keeping our community safe.
Students develop a sense of place and make connections to the Southwest through rigorous backcountry travel, map and wilderness navigation, and by studying the natural and cultural history of their route.
Through the context of individual research projects and service learning students develop a sense of place and explore the ecological, political, and cultural histories of their new home.
